L’intelligence interculturelle

17 févr. 2026

Informations pratiques

Ghislaine Tamisier studied languages and anthropology before graduating in translation from ESIT (Paris Sorbonne Nouvelle University) and working as a professional freelance translator. Her experience in translating, teaching, and coordinating multicultural academic teams naturally led her to explore interpersonal and intercultural dynamics. She now coordinates the intercultural policy at Université Paris-Saclay and works as an intercultural trainer and facilitator, designing bespoke programmes to raise intercultural awareness, develop intercultural intelligence and accompany diverse teams. A natural team player, she particularly enjoys co-facilitating experiential, interactive workshops in French and English. Co-founder and President of Mitra+, Vivre l’interculturel — a French local nonprofit that promotes intercultural skills especially within higher education institutions and NGOs — Ghislaine returned to study in 2019–2020 and earned a university diploma in Conflict Management, Negotiation and Mediation from Paris-Descartes University. She is co-author, with Jimena Andino-Dorato and Verónica de la Fuente, of L’intelligence interculturelle au service des coachs: regards croisés pour une nouvelle réflexivité, published by InterEditions in Paris in March 2022.

Kristina Berkut is International Cooperation Manager at the Association Bernard Gregory (Paris, France). Holding a PhD in Intercultural Management from Paris-Saclay University and additional Master’s degrees in Journalism, Communication, Arts, and Literature obtained in France and Russia, she brings a strong interdisciplinary and international background to her work. She has developed and led workshops on intercultural inclusion and intercultural competence development, and has collaborated with the Atelier des médias de Radio France Internationale on the Mondoblog project, using creative writing to raise awareness of intercultural issues. With expertise in career development and EU project design, she has also collaborated with institutions such as EHESP, IHE, and CIUP. Deeply committed to intercultural values, her work focuses on fostering intercultural intelligence, promoting inclusion, and supporting individuals and organisations in navigating complex multicultural environments. Her primary objective is to facilitate intercultural adaptation in diverse contexts.
